Qi Gong Practices for Healthy and Happy Living

We are excited to invite you to a weekend exploration of the ancient Chinese art and science of Qi Gong. As one of the oldest complete systems of energy medicine and self-healing, Qi Gong helps us regulate the flow of vital energy, or Qi, that permeates the entire universe, animating each one of us. Regular practice over time, or Gong, cultivates strength and vitality in the physical body, peace and tranquility in the mind, and love and kindness in the heart. These practices can be applied in our daily lives, bringing us into the present moment and connecting us with our deepest potential.

Come and join us for this incredible weekend with world-renowned teacher, Paul Fraser, as we take a break from stress, recharge our batteries and step into a healthier, happier life.

When our Qi is full and flowing smoothly, we experience a sense of well-being, calm and connection. When it is blocked, depleted or out of balance, we experience pain, illness and suffering. Our symptoms, whether physical, emotional or mental, are signs that we are out of balance.

The meditative movements found in Qi Gong bring together the body, the breath, and the mind’s focused attention into united action. These practices correct imbalances by addressing the root causes of our symptoms, restoring the healthy flow of our vital energy.

Throughout the weekend, we will immerse ourselves in the theory and practice of Qi Gong. Paul will offer training in a series of foundational exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime for greater physical and emotional well-being. Participants will also learn two transformative self-healing routines, known as the Tai Chi Dao Yin and Pangu Shengong. We will leave the workshop equipped with powerful practices for healthier, happier living.

* This class is open to beginner and experienced Qi Gong practitioners alike. No previous experience is necessary. We hope you will join us! *
